Blog Topic 5: Holiday Observations

After Thanksgiving Week, write a blog post about your observations of Thanksgiving in America.  Did you have an "American" style Thanksgiving?  Did you participate in "Black Friday"?  You can also write about Halloween or Christmas. 

I'm interested in your experiences of American holidays.  Were they different from what you expected?  Please share any experiences about any holidays in the U.S.  You could also compare American holidays to holidays in your culture.

Blog Topic 3: Goals & Dreams

It was very interesting to read your last post about getting in trouble when you were younger.  Thanks for sharing!  Next topic: Tell us about your goals and dreams.  Don't just give us the short and boring version either.  Think of some specific things that you want to do in your life.  You could tell us about the big things you want to accomplish, such as degrees and dream jobs, or you could tell us about your bucket list.  A 'bucket list' is the list of things you want to do before you die.  It gets this name from the idiom 'kick the bucket', which means to die.  Check out my bucket list in the comments section below...
